The Management Board of "Work Service” S.A. (the Issuer) hereby informs of convening the meeting of the bondholders of series U bonds issued under the bond issue program, set by the Issuer pursuant to Resolution No. 3/2013 of the Issuer’s Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting dated 24 September 2013 (the Bonds) (the Bondholders’ Meeting).

The Bondholders Meeting shall be held at 5 pm. on April 14, 2017 in Warsaw, in the Issuer's office, at Puławska street 2.

The subject of the Bondholders’ Meeting will take the resolution on the variation to the terms of the bond issue by introducing the possibility of bond conditions of early redemption of all of the bonds on the request of the issuer. The resolution will provide for the appointment, which must elapse between the date of the notice by the issuer of its intention to make early redemption and redemption, and may provide for a premium due to the Bondholders if the Issuer makes early redemption of the Bonds.

According to the result of the analysis, the Issuer decided that it is reasonable to classify the above information as confidential information under art. 17 sec. 1 MAR which is subject to publication in the form of this report.
