GIGROUP (GIG): Change of the time limit for the submission of the periodic report - raport 32

The Management Board of the Work Service S.A. ("Issuer”) informs, that time limits for the submission of the periodic report for 2016, referred to in the current report no 1/2017 dated January 3, 2017, were changed.

Individual annual report for 2016 and consolidated annual report for 2016 will be published on April 26, 2017.

Other time limits for the submission of periodic reports in 2017 indicated in the current report no. 1/2017 dated January 3, 2017 remain unchanged.

Legal basis:

Article 56 (1) (2) (a) of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2005, no. 184, item 1539, as amended) in relation to clause 103 subclause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on cur-rent and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a nonmember country equal (Dz.U. of 2009, no. 33, item 259, as amended).
