TROPHYRES (TPR): Conclusion of the agreement with an Authorised Advisor - raport 2

The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“the Company”) informs that on January 13th, 2016 the Company was informed about signing the agreement on Authorised Advisor’s services with Invest Concept Sp. z o. o.

The subject of the agreement is providing services in favor of the Company by Invest Concept Sp. z o. o. as an Authorised Advisor, including cooperation with the Company in fulfilling its disclosure obligations set out in the Alternative Trading System Rules.

The agreement is valid and is in effect and will come into full scope of activities on January 14th, 2016.
