Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 11th February 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 5th February 2016 he acquired 31,446 shares of the Bank (shares were granted under fifth cycle of the deferred and conditional variable remuneration plan).
