BUWOG AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 19 October 2014 it has been notified by its Management Board’s member on the acquisition on 16 October 2014 of 4,000 Company’s shares at the price of 14.30 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 57,200.00 Euro). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired on the Vienna Stock Exchange within the ordinary market session transaction.
