(IPF INVESTMENTS): IPF plc announces information regarding its annual report, financial statement 2015 and AGM notice - raport 12

The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 15 March 2016 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.

The aforementioned announcement is attached to this current report and informs, among other things, that IPF plc's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015, as well as the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2016 were posted out to shareholders. Both documents will be available on the company website on 16 March 2015.
