The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC (hereinafter the Company) informs that on 09 08 2016, based on Art. 69. Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies as of July, 29 2005 with the consecutive changes and with respect to purchase of shares of Cereal Planet PLC domiciled in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Company informs that, received form Vlasenko Anatolii, who informed that :

1. Based on the agreement 09 08 2016 he purchased 10 680 (ten thousand six hundred eighty) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value of each share 0,03 EUR (three EUR cent) each share, which gives right to vote 10 680 (ten thousand six hundred eighty) votes, what constitute 0,6 % votes on the Shareholders meeting .

2. Based on the agreement 09 08 2016 he purchased 9 600 (nine thousand six hundred) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value of each share 0,03 EUR (three EUR cent) each share, which gives right to vote 9 600 (nine thousand six hundred) votes, what constitute 0,54 % votes on the Shareholders meeting .

3. Before purchase he owned 347 999 (three hundred forty seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine ) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 19,55 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 347 999 (three hundred forty seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine) votes, represented 19,55 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting .

4. After purchase he owned 368 279 (three hundred sixty eight thousand two hundred seventy nine) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 20,69 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 368 279 (three hundred sixty eight thousand two hundred seventy nine) votes, represented 20,69 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting

5. He does not own entities who own subsidiaries of Cereal Planet PLC shares.

6. He does not sign any agreement with the persons, mentioned in Art 87 subarticle 1 point 3

lit. c. Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies as of July, 29 2005 with the consecutive changes.
