GIGROUP (GIG): Termination of Factoring Agreements of the Issuer and Subsidiaries - raport 81

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer, Company) informs that on 30.11.2018 found out about signing by the other party - Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o. Agreements on the termination of Factoring Agreements and the settlement of the entire debt of the Issuer and Subsidiaries of the Issuer to Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o. due to Factoring Agreements of 23 November 2015 (dated 29 November 2018). The agreement applies to the Factoring Agreements concluded with Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o. by the following entities:

1. Work Service S.A.

2. Finance Care Sp. z o.o.

3. Sellpro Sp. z o.o.

4. Industry Personnel Services Sp. z o.o.

Issuer informs that on the date issuance of this current report is in possession of up-to-date offer from another factor which supply factoring limits after termination of an agreement with Santander Faktoring Sp. z o.o.

As a result of the analysis, the Issuer found that it is justified that the information indicated above should be qualified as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.

Article 17 (1) MAR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
