International Personal Finance plc announces that on 30 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 84,510 ordinary shares at an average price of 487.892 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 491.8 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 481.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,352,085 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,353,011.
