On 1 March, 2022, City Service SE, through its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB InHouse Digital, acquired 99.99% quotas of the share capital of IMPROXY - TECNOLOGIAS DE INFORMAÇÃO LDA which is based in Portugal. IMPROXY - TECNOLOGIAS DE INFORMAÇÃO LDA is engaged in the production and development of IT products for apartment building managers, administrators, communities, etc.
