Zarząd Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 roku:

1) Benefit Invest 1 Company - 453.691 akcji reprezentujących 453.691 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 22,14%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów -13,85%;

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 327.000 akcji reprezentujących 327.000 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 15,96%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 9,98%.

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 302.290 akcji reprezentujących 320.290 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 14,75%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 9,23%;

4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 216.221 akcji reprezentujących 216.221 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 10,55%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 6,60%;

5) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 208.497 akcji reprezentujących 208.497 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 10,17%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 6,36%.

6) Government of Norway - 119.000 akcji reprezentujących 119.000 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2025 r. - 5,81%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 3,63%.

the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 17 June 2025The

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in

Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the

shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the ordinary

general meeting of the Company held on 17 June 2025 ("General Meeting"):

1) Benefit Invest 1 Company - 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes

at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the

General Meeting on 17 June 2025: 22.14%; percentage share in the total

number of votes: 13.85%;

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 327,000 shares

representing 327,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in

the number of votes at the General Meeting on 17 June 2025: 15.96%;

percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.98%;

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 302,290 shares

representing 302,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in
