CDPROJEKT (CDR): CD PROJEKT SA (30/2024) Aktualizacja informacji związanej z pozwem zbiorowym dotyczącym rozwiązań technicznych stosowanych przez GOG - raport 30/2024

Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (również jako "Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Spółki nr 19/2024 z dnia 6 września 2024 r., informuje, że w dniu 5 grudnia 2024 r. uzyskał od współpracującej ze Spółką kancelarii prawnej informację, że dokonano modyfikacji pozwu (amended class action complaint) w sprawie toczącej się przed Sądem Okręgowym Stanów Zjednoczonych dla okręgu Wschodniego Dystryktu Nowy Jork (United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York).

W rezultacie dokonanych czynności doszło do zmiany pozwanego ze Spółki na spółkę GOG sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, wchodzącą w skład Grupy Kapitałowej CD PROJEKT. Roszczenia zgłoszone wobec CD PROJEKT S.A. zostały w całości wycofane (voluntary dismissal without prejudice) i Spółka nie jest już stroną postępowania.

W wyniku analizy przeprowadzonej we współpracy z kancelarią prawną, Zarząd Spółki ocenił, że stopień istotności sprawy nie uzasadnia obecnie dalszego informowania o jej statusie w formie raportów bieżących.

Update of information regarding the class action lawsuit regarding

technical solutions used by GOG

basis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation - inside information

The

Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw

(also defined as the "Company"),

with reference to the current report of the Company no. 19/2024 of 6

September 2024, informs that on 5 December 2024 it received information

from the law firm cooperating with the Company that the class action

complaint in the case pending before the United States District Court

for the Eastern District of New York has been amended.

In

consequence of the executed actions there has been a change of defendant

from the Company to GOG sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Warsaw,

being a CD PROJEKT Capital Group company. The claims raised against CD

PROJEKT S.A. have been dismissed (in the form of voluntary dismissal

without prejudice) and the Company is no longer acting as a defendant in

the described case.

In

consequence of an analysis conducted by the Board in cooperation with a 

law firm, the Board of the Company has concluded that the materiality

level of the case does not justify further reporting on its status in

the form of current reports.
