Reinhold Polska Project 4 Sp. z o.o., subsidiary of Reinhold Polska AB, concluded on 25th March 2010 significant lease agreement of office space in Reinhold Center Katowice with the State Treasury Company PKP CARGO S.A. Total leased space under this agreement is estimated to be 5,849 sqm. After concluding herein lease agreement total percentage of leased space in the whole building is 81 %. The estimated date of taking over premises by Lessee is 25th July 2010.
