Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The "Company") informs its Dear Investors about the following

In the lawsuit initiated by E-Star Mures Energy SA for the default interests calculated on the

amounts judged as compensation for damages due to the breach of the concession

agreement, the Court of Târgu Mures acting as Court of Appeal made the following decision:

The application of E-Star was rejected in relation with the default interests calculated on the

amounts judged as compensation for damages and the application for updating the default

interests calculated on the compensation and legal interests by the rate of inflation as well,

furthermore the company was obliged to pay the costs of litigation. Therefore the Court also

annulled the amount of RON 4,897,654.35 (i.e. EUR 990,256.20) interest judged for E-Star.

The decision is final but not explained; having received the explanation, the Company

shall initiate remedy against it.
