Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The "Company") informs its Dear Investors about the following

based on the notification of the Romanian operation:

The Municipality of Târgu Mures has filed a complaint against the collection of the amounts

previously judged in the lawsuit for the compensation of damages.

The complaint disputes the amount of RON 2,413,038 debt for compensation still existing set

out in the court decision approving the collection and the amount of RON 3,334,712.09 inflation

rate since the value of the previous according to the viewpoint of the town was only ROB

1,608,691.78 at the time of submitting the application for collection so the Municipality requests

reduction to this amount while also requesting the cancellation of the inflation rate.
