MBANK (MBK): MBANK SA (49/2025) Podwyższenie maksymalnej kwoty głównej Programu EMTN do 5 mld EUR - raport 49/2025

W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 14/2018 z dnia 11 kwietnia 2018 r., Zarząd mBanku S.A. ("Bank") informuje, że w dniu 9 września 2025 r. podjął uchwałę w sprawie podwyższenia maksymalnej kwoty głównej programu emisji średnioterminowych euroobligacji (Euro Medium Term Note Programme, "Program EMTN") z 3.000.000.000 EUR (równowartość 12.762.000.000 PLN według średniego kursu NBP z 9 września 2025 r.) do 5.000.000.000 EUR (słownie: pięć miliardów euro, równowartość 21.270.000.000 PLN według średniego kursu NBP z 9 września 2025 r.).

Increase

in the maximum amount of the EMTN Programme to EUR 5 Billion

With reference to current report no. 14/2018 dated 11 April 2018, the

Management Board of mBank S.A. (the "Bank") informs that on 9 September

2025 it adopted a resolution to increase the maximum amount of the Euro

Medium Term Note Programme ("EMTN Programme") from EUR 3,000,000,000

(equivalent to PLN 12,762,000,000 according to the average NBP exchange

rate as of 9 September 2025) to EUR 5,000,000,000 (in words: five

billion euro, equivalent to PLN 21,270,000,000 according to the average

NBP exchange rate as of 9 September 2025).
