W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2025 z dnia 21 stycznia 2025 r., Zarząd PCF Group S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2025 roku.

Skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. oraz PCF Group S.A. za pierwsze półrocze 2025 roku zostanie opublikowany 30 września 2025 r.

Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższego raportu, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2025 z dnia 21 stycznia 2025 r. został określony na 24 września 2025 r.

Change of the publication date of consolidated report for the first half

of 2025With reference to the current report no. 1/2025 dated 21

January 2025, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces

the change of the publication date of the consolidated report for the

first half of 2025.

The consolidated report for the first half of 2025 of the Capital Group

of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. will be published on 30 September

2025.

This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above report,

which in the current report no. 1/2025 dated 21 January 2025 was set for

24 September 2025.
