SANPL (SPL): SANTANDER BANK POLSKA SA (17/2025) Uchwała Rady Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego określająca wysokość składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji - raport 17/2025

Zarząd Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") informuje, że otrzymał informację, że Rada Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego podjęła Uchwałę nr 12/2025 z dnia 21 marca 2025 r. ("Uchwała BFG nr 12/2025") określającą wysokość składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji należnej od Banku w 2025 r. (z uwzględnieniem wysokości korekt składek za 2023 r. oraz 2024 r.) w kwocie 271 442 065,18 zł.

Podstawa prawna:

Art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR).

Re. The resolution of Bank Guarantee Fund's

Council determining the amount of contribution to the compulsory

restructuring fund.

The Management Board of Santander Bank

Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that it received an information

that the Bank Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) adopted the

Resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund no. 12/2025 dated

21 March 2025 ("the Resolution of the BGF no. 12/2025") specifying the

amount of PLN 271 442 065.18 as Bank's contribution to the resolution

fund in 2025 (the amount includes the correction of the calculated

contribution for 2023 and 2024).
