ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the Company) informs that Albacon Ventures Limited, wholly owned by Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief executive officer acquired on 9th-11th April 2019 in total 16,513 shares of the Company, bringing the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from 9,063,970 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,080,483 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 36.32% of total shares outstanding.
