TROPHYRES (TPR): Information about an obligation imposed on the issuer - raport 31

The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. informs, that the company has been requested by Warsaw Stock Exchange:

1) to order an entity entered in the register of Authorised Advisers to analyse the financial and business standing of the issuer and its outlook and to prepare a document containing the results of the performed analysis and an opinion on the possibility that the issuer can start or continue operations and on its outlook;

2) to publish the document referred to in point 1), in the form of a current report, no later than 45 days after the publication of the decision, ie. not later than November 12.

The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. adds, the above content has not been provided in English but in Polish only and the above interpretation is from the Authorized Advisor only. The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. requested the official English version from the Warsaw Stock Exchange directly. The Authorized Advisor insisted on this report before the Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. gets the official English version from the Warsaw Stock Exchange directly. The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. intended to report as soon as it gets the official English version directly, to fully comply with its content.
