ICDP (ICD): Interest and amortization payment on a corporate bond issue of the Company - raport 30
Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") presents announcement, regarding Interest and amortization payment on a corporate bond issue of the Company
Regarding an interest payment for EUR 32 610 and amortization payment for EUR 125 000 due at 14.08.2017 that are accrued on a corporate bond issue of ICPD with ISIN code BG2100019079 and in compliance with point 4.8. of the Document for the offered securities dated 03.12.2007 for the bond issue, the Company is able to pay any amounts due related to that bond issue within 30 days from the respective due date; such payment would not represent a delay in payments under the issue.
At present ICPD has not made a payment and has not submitted to the Trustee of the bondholders a proper document that the respective quarterly payment has been received in the bank account of Central Depository AD servicing the bond loan.
Pursuant to point 1, Section VII of Insurance Policy No 29 - 0000 - 1753 / 06.08.2010, as amended by Addendum No 4 of 11.02.2015, it will be considered that on 13.09.2017 at 17:30 h, an insurance event will occur. The occurrence of an insurance event in respect of a particular three-month principal and/or interest payment does not automatically lead to the occurrence of an insurance event in respect of subsequent payments.
