ENEFI Energy Efficiency PIc. (registered office: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., company registration No.: 01-10-045428) hereby informs the honored shareholders that the registration for the General Meeting convened by 10.00 on 29.02.2016 has been closed. According to the registration the General Meeting will not have a quorum, therefore no General Meeting will be held. The repeated General Meeting with the same agenda will have a quorum irrespectively of the number of the attended persons.
