AVIASG (ASG): Notice on change of the General Director of Avia Solutions Group AB - raport 14

Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that the Management Board of the Company resolved to appoint Mr Jonas Janukėnas as the new General Manager of the Company as of 07 November 2017. Mr Jonas Janukėnas has extensive experience and knowledge in managing international publicly listed companies and is expected to further strengthen the Company. Henceforth, due to heavily expanded sales within the entire group, Mr Linas Dovydėnas, the former longtime General Manager of the Company, will focus his efforts on coordination and further development of sales throughout the group acting as the member of the Company’s Management Board.
