Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Asset Management Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its honourable Investors of the

following:

Action has been filed to the Court of Zalău against the Romanian Tax Authority in which the

Company claims the modification of the seizure registered in the land registry on the plot of

ENEFI in Zalău so that the seizure registered for RON 8,967,172 shall be reduced to RON

265,977.

The claim is based on a previous court decision in which the Financial Authority lost its right

to enforce its claim preceding the closure of the bankruptcy proceedings and its seizure is

legitimate exclusively in relation with the order issued for the interest amounting to RON

265,977 after the bankruptcy proceedings.

The Company keeps disputing the lawfulness of the interest claim of RON 265,977 in the

action however the objection regarding this shall not constitute the subject of the present

lawsuit.
