CITYSERV (CTS): Correction of errors in investor's calendar for 2017 - raport 12

There were noticed two mistakes in investor's calendar for 2017. According to Estonian law and common practice of City Service SE (hereafter – Company), the Company’s quarterly financial reports should be submitted within two months after the end of the reporting quarter. Reports always are submitted on the last working day after the end of two month period.

According to listed above reasons, City Service SE consolidated set of interim financial statements for the three months of 2017 will be submitted on 31 May, 2017 but not on 30 May, 2017. Same as the consolidated set of interim financial statements for the nine months of 2017 will be submitted on 30 November, 2017 not on 29 November, 2017.

Adjusted investor‘s calendar for 2017:

28 February, 2017 - Consolidated unaudited set of interim financial statements for twelve months of 2016

28 April, 2017 - Consolidated annual report for the year 2016 (auditor-evaluated) and consolidated and auditor-evaluated set of Financial Statements for the year 2016

31 May, 2017 - Consolidated set of interim financial statements for three months of 2017

31 August, 2017 - Consolidated set of interim financial statements for six months of 2017 and interim consolidated report for the six months of 2017

30 November, 2017 - Consolidated set of interim financial statements for nine months of 2017
