Zarząd spółki Energa SA ("Spółka") informuje, że Pan Sławomir Staszak złożył oświadczenie o rezygnacji z członkostwa w Zarządzie i pełnienia funkcji Prezesa Zarządu Spółki z dniem 29 września 2025 roku, ze względu na powołanie przez Radę Nadzorczą Orlen SA od dnia 29 września 2025 roku na funkcję członka Zarządu Orlen SA ds. Energetyki i Transformacji Energetycznej.

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that Mr. Sławomir

Staszak submitted a statement of resignation from being a member of the

Management Board and from the position of President of the Management

Board of the Company, effective as of 29 September 2025. The reason

stated in the resignation is the appointment by the Supervisory Board of

Orlen SA for the position of Member of the Management Board, Energy and

Energy Transition as of 29 September 2025.
