In accordance with provisions of the Code of Best Practice for Warsaw Stock Exchange Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d. hereby publishes the following announcement:
In its action plan for the improvement of the capital adequacy Nova KBM d.d. envisaged a partial buyback of subordinated instruments. By buying back the subordinated instruments the Bank will increase its Core Tier I capital ratio.
The Tender and Exchange Offer related to the following issues:
1. Floating Rate Perpetual Note - issued in the amount of €50 million by ING Bank NV, ISIN: XS0270427163
2. LPN - Loan Participation Note - issued in the amount of €100 million by Maribor Finance BV, ISIN: XS0325446903
On 12 December 2012 Nova KBM d.d. received the approval of the Bank of Slovenia for the partial buyback of hybrid instruments.
This announcement will be published on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) from 13 December 2012 onwards.
