Change of the publication date of semi-annual report for the first half

of 2024With reference to the current report No. 1/2024 dated 29

January 2024, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces

the change of the publication date of the consolidated report for the

first half of 2024.

The consolidated semi-annual report of the Capital Group of PCF Group

S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the first half of 2024 will be published on

30 September 2024.

This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above report,

which in the current report No. 1/2024 dated 29 January 2024 was set for

26 September 2024.
