Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 05, 2025 the Company sold 230 (two hundred and thirty) treasury shares representing 0.00004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 621.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.70.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 307 615 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
