Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje o zmianie terminu przekazania i publikacji Raportu rocznego za 2018 rok. Równocześnie Zarząd Spółki wskazuje nowy termin publikacji Raportu rocznego za 2018 rok, na dzień 15 lipca 2019 roku.

Tym samym pierwotne terminy przekazania raportów okresowych wskazane przez Zarząd w raporcie bieżącym numer 3/2019 z dnia 28 stycznia 2019 roku zmienione w raporcie bieżącym numer 17/2019 z dnia 30 kwietnia 2019 r. oraz w raporcie bieżącym numer 24/2019 z dnia 29 maja 2019 roku ulegają dalszej zmianie.

Poniżej Zarząd RESBUD SE przekazuje szczegółowe uzasadnienie powodów zaistniałego stanu rzeczy.

Spółka zakończyła prace nad raportem rocznym za rok 2018, jednak ze względu na konieczność weryfikacji sprawozdania finansowego przez audytora za okres kiedy spółka posiadała siedzibę na terytorium Polski oraz Estonii, biegły rewident dokonujący badania wskazał, że potrzebny jest dodatkowy czas na wydanie raportu z badania rocznego sprawozdania finansowego RESBUD SE.

Zarząd RESBUD SE uwzględniając wskazania biegłego rewidenta podjął decyzję o przesunięciu terminu publikacji sprawozdania finansowego, które nastąpi równocześnie z opublikowaniem raportu biegłego rewidenta z badania sprawozdania finansowego.

Równocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, że w przypadku ukończenia prac przed awizowanym powyżej dniem publikacji sprawozdania finansowego, dokona wcześniejszej publikacji raportu rocznego.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs about the change in the date of pass and publication of the Annual Report for 2018. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company indicates a new date of publication of the Annual Report for 2018, as at July 15, 2019.

Thus, the initial dates of submitting periodic reports indicated by the Management Board in current report no. 3/2019 of 28 January 2019 changed in the current report no. 17/2019 of 30 April 2019 and in the current report no. 24/2019 dated 29 May 2019 are subject to further changes.

Below, the Management Board of RESBUD SE provides detailed justification for the reasons for the situation.

The company completed work on the annual report for 2018, however, due to the need to verify the financial statements by the auditor for the period when the company had its registered office in Poland and Estonia, the auditor conducting the audit pointed out, that additional time was needed to issue a report on the annual report financial statement of RESBUD SE.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE, taking into account the auditor's indications, decided to postpone the date of publication of the financial statements, which will take place simultaneously with the publication of the auditor's report on the audit of the financial statements.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that in the case of completion of work before the day of publication of the financial statements notified above, it will publish the annual report in advance.
