Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 22 July 2016 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, sold: during 18 July 2016 a total of 20,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 58.2 PLN per share, during 19 July 2016 a total of 10,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 59.3 PLN per share, and during 21 July 2016 a total of 20,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 60.8 PLN per share.
