Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc (“Company”) had previously informed its Reputable Investors that the Romanian tax authority wished to enforce its claim of nearly HUF 700 million against the company using international legal aid, the right to enforce the claim of which they have lost due to the bankruptcy proceedings as a consequence of their own behaviour.

The Company applied legal remedy towards the Romanian as well as the Hungarian tax authorities. The Hungarian tax authority cancelled the execution proceedings taking the legal remedy request into consideration.

The Company hereby informs its reputable Investors that the Court of T"rgu Mures accepted the objection of the Company against the uniform document of the Romanian tax authorit permitting execution and nullified the execution document. The decision is not final; the explanation thereof has not been received by the Company.
