Reverse split of the UniCredit ordinary and savings shares - purchase price for the fractions

With reference to the press release published on 17 January 2017, UniCredit S.p.A. (“UniCredit”) hereby announces that the closing price of the ordinary and savings UniCredit shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario on December 20 January 2017, to be used to determine the purchase price of the fractions resulting from the application of the reverse split ratio is:

€ 2,69 for the ordinary shares;

€ 5,665 for the savings shares.
